Amritsar Improvement Trust invites bids to install unipoles

AMRITSAR: The Amritsar Improvement Trust, Amritsar (Punjab) has invited sealed tenders through e-tendering process from competent, resourceful and experienced parties for providing and installation of unipoles at four identified locations in the city. The contracts will be awarded for a period of five years.

The locations being offered for installation of unipoles are district shopping centre, Kapir park, 340 acre, and mall mandi.

Under the terms, each location is being treated as a separate tender. Applicants will have to submit separate tender for each location.

The earnest money deposit (EMD) and tender processing fee required for each location is Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 5,000 respectively.

Applicants will have to pay the tender processing fee through a demand draft from any scheduled bank, drawn in favour of ITI Ltd., payable at New Delhi latest by 1pm on August 12, 2011.

Applicants will have to submit the EMD and tender document cost through demand drafts from any scheduled bank, drawn in favour of the the chairman, Amritsar Improvement Trust, payable at Amritsar upto 1pm on August 12, 2011.

Tender documents will be available online on the website upto 5pm on August 10, 2011.

Interested parties will have to submit duly completed tenders online latest by 3pm on August 11, 2011. They will have to attach the scanned copies of all relevant documents including EMD, processing fee, cost of tender document, enlistment record, PAN, VAT number etc.

The tenders will be opened on August 12, 2011 at 3pm.
