MUMBAI: The senior divisional commercial manager, Mumbai Division, Western Railway, Mumbai Central has invited sealed tenders from experienced and financially sound advertising firms for awarding bulk ad-rights for display of commercial advertisements through hoardings at Bandra-ROB (group-II), in front of the IOC building. A total of 12,400 sq. ft display space is being offered for a period of three years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required Rs. 27,09,400.
The applicants will have to submit the EMD in the form of a pay order, demand draft, deposit receipts in favour of the chief cashier, Western Railway, Churchgate along with the bids.
The tender documents costing Rs. 10,000 can be downloaded from the website. The cost of the tender documents can be paid in the form of a pay order or demand draft, drawn in favour of the chief cashier, Western Railway, Churchgate along with the bids.
The tender documents can also be obtained from the office of the assistant commercial manager (advertisement), commercial department, Mumbai Central, Mumbai – 400 008 on production of original money receipt for the requisite amount as mentioned, which can be obtained by depositing the requisite amount in cash at the booking office in any station over Mumbai division of Western Railway.
Tender documents will be available up to 12pm on November 19, 2012.
Duly completed tenders should be deposited in the tender box kept in the office of the ACM (advertising), divisional office, Mumbai Central, Mumbai - 400008 latest by 2pm on November 20, 2012.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 2.30pm.
