CAPE TOWN: In support of the SA Rugby Unite 2011 campaign and leading up to the RWC, ABSA has flighted creative on their flagship site at Cape Town International Airport.
Centrally featured is a very impressive looking John Smit towering over the main airport plaza calling on South African's to wear the Springbok jersey every Friday and get behind the team.
"Following on from a successful 2010 Fifa World Cup and Football Friday, it is a wonderful way of creating excitement and support of the team in the build up to the 2011 IRB Rugby World Cup. We are really pleased that our footprint was included by ABSA because it will be seen by almost all arriving and departing passengers. International visitors will also be greeted by these wonderful visuals as they set foot in Cape Town. " says Reinhardt Hanel, M.D. of Oasis Outdoor Media.
The creative was done for ABSA by Mortimer Harvey in JHB.
