NEW DELHI: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has invited tenders under the 'two-bid' system from reputed advertising agencies for empanelment for a period of one year, extendable by another year. The empanelled agencies will be responsible for development of outdoor campaigns, creatives, designs, TV scripts and other publicity methods. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 2 lakh.
To be eligible for empanelment, applicant agencies should have continuous accreditation with the INS (Indian Newspaper Society) for the last three years.
Applicant agencies should be in the business for the last three years, having total cumulative turnover of at least Rs. 50 crore during the last three financial years.
Applicant agencies should have their corporate office in at least one of the CHQ/RHQ city of AAI, i.e Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai or Guwahati.
Tender documents costing Rs. 563 can be obtained from the office of the general manager (PR) at Rajiv Gandhi bhavan, Safdarjang airpot, C-wing, room no. 251 on all working days between 10am and 4pm.
Applicants will have to submit the tender document cost through a demand draft, drawn in favour of AAI, payable at New Delhi.
The tender document can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, applicants will have to pay the tender document cost through a demand draft in favour of AAI, payable at Delhi along with the bids.
The tender documents will be available up to 4pm on February 3, 2012.
The EMD will have to be submitted in the form of a demand draft, drawn in favour of the Airports Authority of India along with the bids.
Duly completed tender documents in a master envelope having two separate sealed envelopes containing technical and financial bids should reach the above mentioned office latest by 4pm on February 8, 2012.
The technical bids will be opened on February 17, 2012 at 3pm.
