 AHMEDABAD: The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (Mahanagar Seva Sadan) has invited bids through e-tendering from experienced and capable companies for supply, fabrication, and installation of single panel and three directional signages at specific locations along the BRTS corridors in Western Ahmedabad on PPP (public-private-partnership) basis. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 5 lakh.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 13, 2012 at 4pm in the office of the additional city engineer (BRTS), fifth floor, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Danapith, Ahmedabad – 380 001.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD and a tender processing fee of Rs, 12,000, payable to the municipal commissioner, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation along with the bids.
The tender documents having the complete details can be downloaded from the website up to February 21, 2012.
Duly completed bids should be submitted through e-tendering latest by 4pm on February 21, 2012.
The bids will be opened on February 21, 2012 at 5pm in the office of the additional city engineer (BRTS), Sardar Patel bhavan, Danapith, Ahmedabad – 380 001.
