MSRDC offers large scale outdoor opportunity through hoardings

MSRDCMUMBAI: The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd (MSRDC) has invited sealed offers from interested parties for granting advertising rights for displays on hoardings on the vertical faces of the superstructure of the obligatory spans of four flyovers within the Mumbai region. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 6,86,500.

The hoarding structures on the sites are owned by MSRDC and are being offered on 'as-is-where-is' basis and 'as-is-where-is' condition. The details are given in the table below:

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the MSRDC, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Project office at Bandra, Mumbai – 400 050 on April 24, 2012 at 3pm.

Interested parties can obtain the blank offer documents costing Rs. 5,000 from the office of the chief administrative officer, commercial unit, MSRDC Limited, office block-II, Bandra-Worli sea link project office, opp. Bandra Reclamation BEST bus depot, Bandra (West), Mumbai – 400 050 up to May 2, 2012.

The tender document cost will have to be paid through a demand draft drawn in favour of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited. The demand draft should be payable at Mumbai.

Applicants will have to submit their duly completed bids latest by 3pm on May 11, 2012.
