 JAIPUR: The Jaipur Nagar Nigam (JNN) has invited sealed tenders from interested parties for fixing and removal of hoarding structures and hoarding flex during various conferences, seminars, meetings etc. Successful bidders will also be responsible for arranging and supply of related items. The contract will be awarded for the financial year 2012-13.
As per the tender notice, the estimated value of the contract is Rs. 10 lakh and the earnest money deposit (EMD) required for this tender is Rs. 20,000.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft or banker’s cheque along with the bids.
Interested parties can collect the tender forms costing Rs. 200 from the revenue officer, JNN head office, Room no. 401 on any working day up to 1pm on May 17, 2012.
Applicants will have to submit duly completed bids in the office of the commissioner, JNN, Pandit Deendayal upadhyay bhawan, Lalkothi, Tonk road, Jaipur on or before 1pm on May 18, 2012.
The bids will be opened on the same day at 3pm.
