PANCHKULA: The Food Corporation of India (FCI), Haryana region, Panchkula has invited sealed quotations from reputed and financially sound advertising agencies for empanelment. Empanelled agencies will be responsible for handling FCI’s advertisements and related assignments. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 25,000.

To be eligible for empanelment, the applicant agencies should have INS (Indian Newspaper Society) accreditation and should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5 crore.

The applicant agencies should have should have at least eight years experiences after obtaining INS accreditation.

The applicant agencies should have experience of working with government departments or public sector units.

Applicant agencies will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft drawn in favour of the general manager, FCI, Haryana region, Panchkula along with the quotations.

Interested agencies can obtain detailed terms and conditions from the office of FCI, regional office, Haryana bays no. 29-32, Pocket-2, Sector-4, Panchkula or can download it from the website.

Applicants will have to submit duly completed quotations to the assistant general manager, FCI, regional office, Haryana bays no. 29-32, Pocket-2, Sector-4, Panchkula latest by 3pm on May 15, 2012.
