BHUBANESWAR: The Orissa State AIDS Control Society (OSACS), Bhubaneswar, has invited sealed tenders from interested parties for implementing awareness campaigns in nine districts i.e. Koraput, Bolangir, Baragarh, Sambalpur, Angul, Cuttack, Ganjam, Khurda and Balasore during the arrival of Red Ribbon Express (RRE) to Orissa for the period from June 2012 to November 2012.
To be eligible for the contract, applicants should have experience and proven track record in implementing comprehensive communication campaigns and mass mobilisation campaigns, at the grass root level, especially in rural and semi-urban areas.
Applicants will have to submit their turnover details of the last three financial years along with the bids.
Applicants will have to submit the bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the shape of a bank draft or pay order drawn in favour of Orissa State AIDS Control Society, payable at Bhubaneswar.
The tender document costing Rs. 2,000 can be downloaded from the website. Applicants will have to submit a demand draft or pay order, from any nationalised bank drawn in favour of Orissa State AIDS Control Society, payable at Bhubaneswar towards the cost of the tender document, along with the bids.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 3, 2012 at 3.30pm in the conference hall of OSACS.
