 LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh Tourism has invited expressions of interest (EoIs) from leading advertising agencies for empanelment. The empanelled agencies will be responsible for carrying out publicity and promotional activities.
To be eligible for empanelment, applicants should be accredited to the INS (Indian Newspaper Society) and should have a minimum work experience of ten years as advertising agencies.
Applicants should have adequate experience of working with large business houses, India tourism, hospitality sector, national campaigns and leading states on tourism promotions.
Applicants should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 50 crore during the last two years.
Applicants, having their office set up in Lucknow will be preferred for empanelent.
Further, applicants, having tie-ups with media/PR agencies, having expertise in terms of number of professionals in the field of creative designing and having worked with tourism sector clients will also be preferred for empanelment.
As per the tender notice, short listed agencies will be invited to make a presentation.
Duly completed EoIs should reach the director general, department of tourism, Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon Paryatan Bhawan, C-13, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow – 226 010 latest by 3pm on May 15, 2012.
