KOLKATA: The West Bengal Pollution Control Board (WBPCB) has invited sealed tenders under the ‘two-bid’ system from reputed, bonafide, resourceful and experienced advertising agencies for hiring backlit and frontlit hoardings at different locations in and around Kolkata. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 20,000.
The tender documents can be purchased from the office of the member secretary, West Bengal Pollution Control Board between 11am and 4pm up to May 15, 2012 on payment of Rs. 1,000 by demand draft or pay order, drawn in favour of West Bengal Pollution Control Board, payable at Kolkata.
The tender documents can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, the cost of the tender documents as mentioned above will have to be submitted along with the bids.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft, pay order or banker’s cheque, drawn in favour of West Bengal Pollution Control Board, payable at Kolkata from any nationalised bank in India at the time of bid submission.
Tenders with the name of work and due date written on the envelopes, will have to be addressed to the member secretary, West Bengal Pollution Control Board.
Duly completed tenders supercribed as “Tender for Hoardings (backlit and frontlit) at different places of Kolkata” will have to be dropped in the box kept at the ground floor of Paribesh bhavan, 10A, block LA, sector III, Bidhannagar , Kolkata - 700 098 on or before 2pm of May 16, 2012.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 2.30pm.
