Pune cantonment board offers ad-rights on hoardings

PUNE: The chief executive officer, Pune cantonment board, Pune has invited sealed tenders under the ‘two-bid’ system from registered publicity firms for granting advertisement rights on hoardings at various locations on defence land under its jurisdiction. The contract will be awarded for a period of two years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for this tender is Rs. 5 lakh.

Interested parties can obtain the blank tender forms by submitting relevant documents along with a fee of Rs. 5,000 in cash or through a demand draft, drawn in favour of the chief executive officer, Pune Cantonment Board up to 3pm on May 25, 2012.

Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft, drawn in favour of the chief executive officer, Pune Cantonment Board, payable at Pune along with the technical bids.

Applicants will have to submit the sealed tenders latest by 12 noon on May 28, 2012.

The technical bids will be opened on May 28, 2012 at 12.30pm and the names of technically qualified bidders will be declared on May 29, 2012 at 5pm.

The financial bids of the bidders who would qualify in the technical bids will be opened on May 30, 2012 at 12.30pm.
