HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has invited applications for appointing advertisement agents for a wide range of media formats. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required ranges from Rs.
1 lakh to Rs.
2 lakh based on the different categories of displays. A large variety of media properties are up for grabs through this tender.
The various media properties being offered include the following:
A) Construction of unipoles with advertisement rights in the open premises of specified bus stations, bus depots and other specified premises in the ATP, KDP, KRNL, HYD, SEC, MBNR, MDK, NLG, ADB, KMM, NZB, WL, WG, EG, NEC, VJA, OGL and NLR regions of the corporation for a period of ten years.
B) Erection of hoardings, backlit boards, rota visions with advertisement rights in the open premises of specified bus stations, bus depots and other specified premises in the KDP, KRNL, HYD, SEC, MDK, NLG, MBNR, ADB, KMM, NZB, WL, KRMR, VSP, NEC, VJA, PKSM, NLR, CTR and GNT regions of the corporation for a period of five years.
C) Provision and maintenance of grab handles in the pallevelugu, express, city ordinary, metro express, metro deluxe (including JNNURM buses) including hire buses of ATP, KDP, KRNL, MBNR, NLG, MDK, RR, WL, NZB, ADB, KRMR, KMM, NLR, PKSM, KRI, GNT, NEC, WG, VSP and CTR regions with advertisement rights for a period of five years.
D) Displaying advertisements on city ordinary, pallevelugu and express buses for a period of five years.
The EMD required for each region mentioned in item A is Rs. 2 lakh and for the item B, C and D, it is Rs. 1 lakh for each region.
Under the terms, separate tenders will have to be submitted for each region of the above contracts.
Tender forms can be purchased from the office of the chief commercial officer, 2nd floor, B-block, Bus Bhavan, Mushirabad, Hyderabad on payment of Rs. 1,145 through a demand draft, drawn in favour of the financial adviser, APSRTC up to May 22, 2012.
Tender forms can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, the applicants will have to deposit a demand draft, drawn in favour of the financial adviser, APSRTC towards the document fee along with the bids.
Tender forms duly completed in all respect should reach the above mentioned office latest by 2pm on May 23, 2012.
Tenders will be opened the same day at 3pm.
