Bihar Tourism invites bids for hoardings

PATNA: The Directorate of Tourism, Government of Bihar has invited tenders under the ‘two-bid’ system for hiring hoardings to display advertisements of Bihar Tourism at eight different locations in Patna for a period of one year.

The eight locations for hiring hoardings will include Hartali Mor, Income tax Golamber, Dak Bunglow crossing, Exhibition Road crossing, Kargil Chowk, JP Golamber, R block and Boring Road. The minimum size of each hoarding will be 20’ X 10’ and it should be lit.

To be eligible for the contract, the applicants should be empanelled with the Information and Public Relations department, Government of Bihar or should be doing the similar work.

As per the tender notice, the applicants should be registered with the Patna Municipal Corporation.

Under the terms, the applicants are will have to quote rates per sq. ft per month for each location.

Duly completed tenders should reach the office of the director tourism, Government of Bihar, Barrack no. 9D, Old secretariat, Patna – 800 015 latest by 3pm on May 22, 2012.

The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4pm.
