 AHMEDABAD: The Civil Aviation Department, Government of Gujarat has invited tenders for empanelment of advertising agencies. The empanelled agencies will be responsible for carrying out various media and publicity activities. The duration of empanelment will be two years, which is extendable for one more year. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 1 lakh.
To be eligible for empanelment, the applicant agencies should be accredited to INS (Indian Newspaper Society) for the last three years and should be in existence for more than ten years.
Applicant agencies should have a turnover of more that Rs. 4 crore for the last three years.
Applicant agencies should have served minimum three government ministries or PSU clients in each of the last three years.
Applicant agencies should have their office in Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar with all necessary facility and infrastructure.
Interested agencies can procure the tender documents from the Civil Aviation department, GMDC building, Khanijbhavan), ‘B’ tower, second floor, University ground, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad – 380 052 up to May 24, 2012.

Applicant agencies will have to submit the EMD and a tender fee of Rs. 5,000 through a demand draft along with the bids.
Duly completed tenders should reach the Civil Aviation department, GMDC building, Khanijbhavan), ‘B’ tower, second floor, University ground, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad – 380 052 latest by May 24, 2012.
The tenders will be opened on May 25, 2012 at 12 noon.
