NW Railway offers 3-yr ad-rights in Jodhpur division

JODHPUR: The divisional railway manager (commercial), North Western Railway, Jodhpur division has invited sealed tenders from interested parties for awarding sole ad-rights for a period of three years. The ad-rights are being offered for a variety of display formats including hoardings, sign boards, kiosks etc. at Makrana, Gotan and Nokha stations of the Jodhpur division. The total display space being offered is 5.060 sq. ft.

Under the terms, each station is being treated as separate tenders. Applicants will have to submit separate tenders for each station.

The minimum reserve price of the first year for these stations has been kept as Rs. 1,57,724, Rs. 31,944 and Rs. 84,465 respectively and the respective EMD required is Rs. 3,160, Rs. 640 and Rs. 1,690.

The respective display space being offered for displaying advertisements at Makrana, Gotan and Nokha stations is 1,662 sq. ft, 1,296 sq. ft and 2,102 sq. ft. The applicable EMD should be deposited in the form of a bank draft, FDR or pay order, drawn in favour of the Sr. divisional finance manager, North Western Railway, Jodhpur along with the bids.

Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the divisional railway manager (commercial), NW Railway, Jodhpur on payment of the requisite tender document cost on any working day up to 5pm of May 28, 2012.

Duly completed tenders should be put in the specific tender box available in the commercial branch, DRM’s office, NW Railway, Jodhpur. The tenders can be submitted up to 3pm on May 29, 2012.

The tenders will be opened on the same day.
