 THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Health and Family Welfare Society (AROGYAKERALAM), Directorate of Health Services, has invited proposals in three covers from reputed advertising agencies for empanelment. The empanelled agencies will be responsible for integrated communications and promotional campaigns for NRHM (National Rural Health Mission).
To be eligible for empanelment, applicant agencies should have INS (Indian Newspaper Society) accreditation and should have their offices in Kerala having presence in at least 2 major cities in the state.
Applicant agencies should have their full-fledged office in place in Thiruvananthapuram city with state-of-the-art infrastructure and manpower/creative personnel.
Applicant agencies should have handled at least one state level/national level campaign on development sector during the financial year 2011-12.
Applicant agencies should be in the panel of agencies of a minimum of three government of India, government of Kerala or PSU organisations during the financial year 2011-12.
Applicant agencies should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 2 crore in the last three financial years.
Interested parties can submit their EoIs to the state mission director, NRHM directorate, Directorate of Health Services, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 035 up to 5pm on May 28, 2012.
