 JALANDHAR: The Jalandhar City Transport Services Limited (JCTSL) has invited proposals under the ‘two-envelope’ system from interested parties for letting out ad-rights on low floor buses operating in the city of Jalandhar.
As per the eligibility criteria specified, applicants should have minimum one year's experience in leasing, selling, utilising advertisement spaces in relevant media like hoardings, banners, vehicles etc.
The applicants should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 25 lakh for the last three consecutive financial years or a minimum net worth of Rs. 15 lakh as on year ending March 31, March 2011.

The applicants will have to submit a demand draft of Rs. 5,000 drawn in favour of the executive director, Jalandhar City Transport Services Limited towards the cost of RFP document. The demand draft should be payable at Jalandhar.
The proposal, in a single envelope has to be submitted which will include two-envelopes containing the technical and financial proposals. Envelope ‘A’ will contain the technical proposal and envelope ‘B’ will contain the financial proposal.
Applicants will have to submit the duly completed proposals to the office of the executive director, JCTSL, Municipal Corporation, Ambedkar bhavan, Jalandhar latest by 3pm on June 1, 2012.
