 MUMBAI: The senior divisional commercial manager, Mumbai division, Central Railway, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai (CSTM) has invited sealed tenders from advertising agencies and other interested parties for awarding bulk ad rights on existing and vacant sites at Kings Circle FOB. Successful bidders will be allowed to display advertisements on hoardings, glow signs and display boards. These rights are being offered for a period of three years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 7,21,230.
The reserve price for the first year is Rs. 72,12,300. Under the terms, the license fee from the second year onwards will bear an annual escalation of 10 percent over the previous year.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a FDR, pay order or demand draft drawn in favour of the Sr. divisional finance manager, Central Railway, Mumbai along with the bids. The tender forms costing Rs. 5,000 can be obtained from the office of the divisional railway manager (commercial), CSTM on any working day on production of a pay order/demand draft issued in favour of the chief cashier, Central Railway, Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus towards the cost of the tender forms.
Tender forms can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, the payment towards the cost of the tender forms will have to be submitted along with the bids.
The tender forms will be available up to 5pm on June 11, 2012.
Duly completed tenders should reach the Sr. divisional commercial manager, Central Railway, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai - 400 001 latest by 3pm on June 12, 2012.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30pm.
