 VADODARA: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has invited tenders under the 'two-bid' system through e-tendering for awarding advertisement rights inside airport premises at Vadodara airport covering a total display area of 2,932 sq. ft.
The media properties being offered through this tender include glow signs, hoardings, rotating show windows etc.
The minimum reserve license fee (MRLF) per month specified for the contract is Rs. 17.96 lakh plus service tax and the specified earnest money deposit (EMD) is Rs. 6.47 lakh.
The license fee will be subject to 10 percent annually compounded escalation from the second year onward.
To be eligible for the contract, applicants should have three years of experience in the advertisement display business at transportation centre like airport, seaport, railways, metro rail stations etc.
In addition, the applicants should have a minimum gross turnover of Rs. 2,15,52,000 per annum.
Tender documents indicating complete details are available on the website. Applicants will have to submit Rs. 15,000 online towards the cost of tender document. The EMD will have to be deposited to AAI, Vadodara in the form of a demand draft or pay order, drawn in favour of Airports Authority of India, payable at Vadodara on or before the opening date of the technical bid.
Duly completed tenders should be submitted online latest by 3pm on June 15, 2012.
The technical bids will be opened the same day at 3.30pm.
