 SOLAPUR: The senior divisional commercial manager, Solapur division, Central Railway, has invited sealed tenders under the ‘two-packet’ system from advertising agencies and other interested parties for display of commercial advertisement boards on platform-1 and circulating area approach road at Sainagar Shirdi railway station for a period of three years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for respective locations are Rs. 54,501 and Rs. 43,692.
As per the tender document, the display area being offered for platform-1 and circulating area approach road is 648 sq. ft and 2,000 sq. ft respectively.
The reserve price for the first year of respective locations are Rs. 1,64,592 and Rs. 1,32,000. The license fee from the second year onwards will bear an annual escalation of 10 percent over the previous year.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft, drawn in favour of the Sr. divisional finance manager, Central Railway, Solapur, payable at Solapur along with the bids. The tender document costing Rs. 2,000 can be obtained from the office of the Sr. divisional commercial manager, DRM’s office, Central Railway, Solapur on any working day on production of a cash receipt/pay order/demand draft issued in favour of the Sr. DFM Solapur.
Tender documents can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, the payment towards the cost of the tender documents will have to be submitted through a demand draft, drawn in favour of the Sr. divisional finance manager, Central Railway, Solapur, payable at Solapur along with the bids.
The tender forms will be available up to 5pm on June 19, 2012.
Duly completed tenders should reach the Sr. divisional commercial manager, Central Railway, Solapur - 400 001 latest by 3pm on June 20, 2012.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30pm.
