INDORE: The Nagar Palik Nigam, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) has invited sealed tenders from interested parties for displaying advertisements through kiosks on central light electric poles on various road dividers at nine different locations in the city on a 'right-of-occupation' basis. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years. The maximum size of displays allowed is 3.5' X 2.5'. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for each location is Rs. 50,000. The contract will be awarded for a period of three years.

The location and the number of poles being offered for displaying advertisements through kiosks are as follows:

Under the terms, each location is being treated as a separate tender. Applicants will have to submit separate tenders for each location.

Applicants will have to submit the EMD in the State Bank of India, branch office, Nagar Nigam Palika, Indore latest by June 12, 2012. The original receipt will have to be submitted with the bids.

Duly completed tenders will have to be dropped into the specified tender box kept in the office of the market officer, Nagar Palik Nigam, Indore between 11am and 4pm on June 13, 2012.

Tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30pm.
