BANGALURU: Bangalore Development Authority has invited bids under the ‘two-cover’ system through e-tendering for providing commuter conveniences such as pedestrian crossings above or below road level (skywalk/subway), bus shelters, rest rooms, road furniture, road signage, road markings, street lights, arboriculture, land scaping etc. including advertisement rights and maintenance of above facilities for a period of 15 years on the outer ring road from nayandahalli junction (on Mysore road) to central silk board junction on Hosur road. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 20 lakh.

To be eligible for the contract, applicants should be class-1 contractors.

As per the tender notice, applicants will have to submit the tender cost and EMD through the online mode.

Duly completed tenders will have to be submitted online through e-tendering latest by June 15, 2012.

The date mentioned above is tentative and needs to be verified from the concerned authority.
