 HYDERABAD: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Hyderabd has invited online e-tenders under the ‘two-packet’ system from interested agencies for awarding advertisement contract for a period of two years for publishing advertisements of various notifications of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Avionics division, Balanagar, Hyderabad in daily newspapers. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is Rs. 70,000.
As per the tender notice, the approximate value of the work will be Rs. 70 lakh.
The qualifying criterion specifies that the applicants should have completed three similar contracts each costing more than an amount equal to 40 percent of the estimated value of this tender, or two similar contracts each costing more than an amount equal to 50 percent of estimated value of this tender or one similar project costing more than an amount equal to 80 percent of estimated value of this tender.
Applicants will have to upload copies of the completion certificates issued by respective clients along with the bids.
The applicants should have an annual turnover of at least 30 percent of the estimated value of this tender during the last three years.
Applicants will have to upload the latest banker’s solvency certificate for an amount of Rs. 28 lakh from any nationalised or scheduled bank along with the bids.

Applicants will have to submit the tender document cost of Rs. 3,675 to the Ch. manager (maint.), plant maintenance department, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, Avionics division, Balanagar, Hyderabad – 500 042 through a demand draft or banker’s cheque, drawn in favour of ‘M/s. HAL, Hyderabad’, payable at Hyderabad latest by 2pm on June 28, 2012.
Applicants will have to upload the scanned copy of the demand draft or banker’s cheque along with the bids.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft, banker’s cheque, pay order or bank guarantee, drawn in favour of ‘M/s. HAL, Hyderabad/, payable at Hyderabad. The scanned image of the EMD instrument will have to be uploaded online along with the bids and the original will have to be submitted to the address mentioned above so as to reach latest by 2pm on June 28, 2012.
Duly completed tenders should be submitted online through e-tendering latest by 2pm on June 28, 2012.
The tenders will be opened on the same day.
