HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has invited offers from interested parties for construction and maintenance of modern toilet blocks located at various bus stations on BOT (build-operate-transfer) basis. The contract will be awarded for a period of twenty years. The earnest money deposit required (EMD) ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1 lakh.
A total of 26 places are being offered through this tender. These places include Boath, Gudihutnoor in Adilabad district, Ongole, Addanki in Prakasham district, PNBS (VJA) in Krishna district, Nagalapuram in Chittoor districtNalgonda district, Kodad in Nalgonda district, Bhadrachalam (reserved for tribals), Sattupally in Khammam district, Narayanpet, Kodangal in Mahboobnagar district, Medak new bus station in Medak district, Chevella, Shankarpally, MGBS (block 1) (Hyderabad), JBS (Secunderabad) in Ranga Reddy district, Kadapa, Mydukur, Rayachoti in Kadapa district, Ananthapur, Tadipatri, Gooty, Hindupur, Kadiri in Ananthapur district, Kurnool, Nandyal in Kurnool district.
Under the terms, each place is being treated as a separate tender. Applicants will have to submit separate tenders for each place.
Applicants will have to submit the requisite EMD through a demand draft along with the bids.
The tender document can be obtained from the office of the chief civil engineer, APSRTC, Murshidabad, Hyderabad - 20 on submitting an application along with a demand draft of Rs. 2,500 drawn in favour of the concerned executive engineer of the respective place as mentioned in the tender document.
The application accompanying the demand draft for supply of tender document should reach on or before 5pm on June 11, 2012.
The tender document will be issued from the office of the chief civil engineer from June 20, 2012 to June 23, 2012 up to 5pm on all working days.
Tender forms duly completed in all respect should reach the given address latest by 2pm on July 9, 2012.
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3pm.
