NEW DELHI: LG Electronics had initiated an innovative campaign, to enthrall the Indian consumers’ confidence with the launch of the first of its kind, state-of-the-art 'LG Lifestyle and Service on Wheels. LG has a compelling range of premium offering across various product categories. The lifestyle lounge recreates the décor of the customers' home to give them a perspective on how LG’s premium range of products enhance their homes and their lives.
Consumers today are buying products that go beyond rational benefits and are lifestyle statements. LG is taking a step ahead towards meeting the implicit needs of their consumers by coming closer to them with the launch of, 'LG Lifestyle and Service on wheels' initiative. Designed as a direct-contact initiative for LG’s aspiring and lifestyle conscious consumers, the LG bus showcases the company’s flag-ship products and takes consumer experience to a new high.
The bus is designed around the concept of a modern home that embodies technology and style. The bus also has a section on service, endorsing the brand’s promise of world class service. A team of a lifestyle consultant and a service engineer will help the consumers experience the 'Life’s Good' philosophy. The lifestyle consultant will give professional tips on home décor and technology to make the home become a style statement. The service section with the availability of a service engineer is geared to resolve minor repairs and will take up other service queries. The LG 'Lifestyle and Service on Wheels' is well wired with broadband connectivity on-board for faster call allocation and flow of information.
 On the brand-new initiative launch in Mumbai this June, L.K. Gupta, VP-marketing, LG Electronics India, said, “Today’s consumers want the very best of everything. They want better quality, differentiated features that aid convenience, strong after sales service standards, world class designs and highest standards of consumer engagement. We have introduced 'LG Lifestyle and Service on Wheels' with the sole aim of coming closer to our consumers and build emotional connect. RC&M, the on-ground partner for 'LG Lifestyle and Service on Wheels has taken LG on a journey to more than 100 RWA’s across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Maharashtra.
Having done 16 cities, and acquainted with close to to 40 thousand customers, the bus has travelled South India, Maharashtra and Gujarat already. The LG LSOW will be seen in Kerala for Onam and in the Northern part around Diwali. The 'Lifestyle and Service on Wheels' targets at being right there for its clientele, at their expediency to give them a direct experience of its premium most products.
