 SECUNDERABAD: The divisional railway manager (Commercial), Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway, Secunderabad has invited sealed tenders for awarding commercial advertisement contracts at seven locations within the Secunderabad division through glow signs and hoardings. The contracts will be awarded for a period of five years.
As per the tender document, the total display area being offered is 9,800 sq. ft. The location wise details of area, reserve prices and earnest money deposits (EMD) are given in the table below:

Each location mentioned above is being treated as a separate tender. Applicants will have to submit separate tenders for each location and quote the lump sum rate payable per annum.
Interested parties should have sufficient experience in the same field and possess adequate resources to handle and complete the contract in a satisfactory manner. Interested parties will have to produce relevant certificates in support of their claimed experience.
Applicants will have to furnish their turnover details for the last three financial years along with relevant documents showing their financial standing and capacity to pay the license fee.
Applicants will have to quote the license fee for the first year only. From the second year onwards, the license fee will bear an escalation of 10 percent over the previous year's license fee.
The EMD will have to be deposited through a demand draft or FDR favouring the senior divisional finance manager, Secunderabad division, South Central Railway.
Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Sr. divisional commercial manager, Secunderabad division on presentation of a money receipt for an amount equal to the cost of the tender form, issued by the chief booking supervisor, SC Railway, Secunderabad/Hyderabad.
Tender documents can also be downloaded from the website, wherein, the tender fee should be paid in the form of a DD drawn in favour of the Sr. divisional finance manager, Secunderabad division, SC Railway along with the submission of tenders.
Tender documents will be available up to 5pm on August 13, 2012.
Duly completed tenders can be sent either by registered post or can be delivered to the divisional railway manager (commercial), Secunderabad division, South Central Railway, Secunderabad.
Tenders sent by registered post should reach the office before 2.30pm on August 14, 2012.
The tender box will be closed at 3pm on August 14, 2012.
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30pm.
