 MUMBAI: The divisional railway manager (Commercial), Mumbai Central, Western Railway, has invited sealed tenders from advertising agencies and agents for awarding bulk advertisement rights through open booking on ‘first-come-first-serve-basis’. The advertisement rights are being offered on a variety of display formats including hoardings, boards, glow signs, LEDs, wall paintings, table spaces, vinyl wrappings, video walls, train transfers etc.
The locations on which the advertisements will be allowed to be displayed are station platforms, concourses of booking offices, circulating areas, approaches to stations, subways, FOBs, ROBs, boundary walls etc.
To be eligible for the contract, applicants should have experience in executing similar projects.
Applicants will have to submit individual location wise proposals in specified formats along with the requisite advance payments. The payments should be made in the form of a money receipt, demand draft or pay order, drawn in favour of the chief cashier, Western railway, Churchgate, Mumbai.
Additionally, applicants will have to submit their annual turnover details along with the bids.
Applicants will have to submit the specified security deposit in advance through a FDR or bank guarantee valid for a period of six months along with the bids.
The interested parties can collect detailed information regarding sites and media offered, from the office of the assistant commercial manager (advertising), DRM office, commercial department, first floor, Mumbai central, Mumbai - 400 008 between 10am and 6pm.
