 PUNE: The chief executive officer, Pune Cantonment Board, Pune has invited sealed tenders under the ‘two-bid’ system from registered publicity firms for renovation and maintenance of bus shelters and displaying advertisements on illuminated and non-illuminated bus shelters within the Pune cantonment limit for a period of five years. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for this tender is Rs. 5 lakh.
Interested parties can obtain the blank tender forms from the office of the Pune Cantonment Board on payment of Rs. 5,000 in cash or through a demand draft, drawn in favour of the chief executive officer, Pune Cantonment Board up to 3pm on August 24, 2012.
Applicants will have to submit the EMD through a demand draft, drawn in favour of the chief executive officer, Pune Cantonment Board, payable at Pune along with the technical bids.
Duly completed tenders should reach the office of superintendent, Pune Cantonment Board, Golibar maidan, Pune – 411 001 latest by 12 noon on August 27, 2012.
The technical bids will be opened on August 27, 2012 at 12.30pm and the names of technically qualified bidders will be declared on August 28, 2012 at 5pm.
The financial bids of the bidders who would qualify in the technical bids will be opened on August 29, 2012 at 12.30pm.
