 GUNTUR: The Sr. divisional commercial manager, South Central Railway, Guntur Division, Guntur has invited sealed open tenders from advertising agencies for awarding 5-year contract of sole advertising rights for commercial publicity at various stations over the Guntur division. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required ranges from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 2,05,557.
Various media types being offered through this tender include unipoles, hoardings, display boards, LEDs, CCTVs, glow signs etc. The total display area being offered through this tender is more than 85,000 sq. ft.
Interested parties can obtain the tender documents from the office of the senior divisional commercial manager, South Central railway, Guntur on any working day between 10am and 6pm up to August 22, 2012 on production of a written request accompanied by a money receipt obtained from the divisional cashier (pay), South Central Railway, Guntur for prescribed values towards the requisite cost of the tender form.
The tender forms can also be downloaded from the website. In this case, the requisite cost of the tender form should be paid in the form of a demand draft, to be drawn in favour of the Sr. divisional financial manager, South Central Railway, Guntur, payable at Guntur and the same should be enclosed along with the bids.
Tender documents will be available up to 6pm on August 22, 2012.
Duly completed tenders should be submitted to the office of the senior divisional commercial manager, second floor, Rail Vikas bhavan, SC Railway, Pattabhipuram, Guntur latest by 3pm on August 23, 2012.
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 4pm.
